Always Here Home Care, Inc. is a non-medical home care agency located in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston and services the Boston Metro area. Our caregivers provide non-medical home care to the elderly and disabled, with a focus on companionship, personal care, and homemaker services.
The Scheduler role assures that no client is ever without a caregiver, and coordinates proper schedules and availability of caregivers is accurate and up-to-date. The Scheduling Coordinator also ensures that day-to-day office operations run smoothly, effectively and as efficiently as possible.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
1-2 Years Office Experience.
Must be VERY comfortable with PC's and mobile devices. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a natural ability to quickly learn new software programs is a MUST.
Able to multitask and coordinate multiple employee schedules.
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work effectively under stressful conditions.
Highly motivated, able to work independently and prioritize / manage time effectively.
Complete flexibility with their schedule.
