Bookkeeper

Always Here Home Care is a privately owned, boutique home care agency that prides itself on caregiving excellence.  Always Here provide non-medical care to the elderly and disabled with a focus on hospice, companionship, personal care and homemaker service.  We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper. 

Responsibilities would include:

  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Reconcile bank statement and review payroll records
  • Prepare & process bi-weekly payroll (ADP)
  • Prepare and send weekly invoicing
  • Handle petty cash and expense reports
  • Assistant to company President & EVP
  • Special Projects when time allows

This position requires:

  • Bachelor of Accounting degree  (Preferred)
  • 2+ years' bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Quickbooks
  • ADP experience (Preferred)
